I had a email from one of my clients Loriann Zuzak who is a makeup artist just before Christmas. And it so happened she was arranging a fun shoot with a stylist Harinder Grewal and two professional models Tarene Condie and Damien Bartlett. What a great time I had ! The energy in the room was fabulous and we seemed to work well together! As a result. Great images!

What a cute little family!!! And look at Lexus and his cute little tail!!! This was shot out by my acreage. It was early fall and the mosquitoes were in full force. The Lee's were trooper and toughed it out. And Lexus didn't care at all. The end result! Amazing evening family photo's.

Cody and Lori's wedding was such a wonderful event to photograph, even a rainy day couldn't spoil the beauty and fun. It was so easy to sense the close ties they share with friends and family. Cody made one handsome groom and Lori was a stunning bride. The day turned out perfectly. What made it extra special was the couple's announcement that they are expecting a baby!

Thank you to the eight girls that came to "A Little Sauce" Boudoir-Pinup photo shoot. My house was transformed into a small salon/studio for the day and had five hours of shooting these amazing photogenic girls. I felt like a kid again playing dress up and I was the photographer. This is why I love photography!

On Sunday I had the opportunity to go out on the most beautiful day ever to shoot the Tabler Family. I have worked with and known Sabrina for years and has had me take there photo's on various occasion. Her husband Dwayne whom is one very photogenic guy and Britton who was not afraid to pose even when the camera wasn't pointed at him made my day! What a beautifully family! Watch for more in the next couple days.

Photographing my friend Jill and her little guy, Pax, was so much fun. Pax had a good time participating in the photo shoot and was fascinated by the inside of my camera. He's such a cutie! Jill just recently had her second baby, a little girl named Elyn. Now I'm just waiting to take her photo, as well. I know she will be as beautiful as her mother.

Walking around looking at the snow today and decided to grab my camera. I thought it was kind of cool the way the snow stuck to the little budding leaves. The wind was blowing the snow off the leaves like confetti. This is what a come up with anyway!

On April 22-Earth day-Aveda salons and spas across the country raised funds (as they do every year) for WaterCan, an amazing organization that provides clean water for communities in Africa. Saskatoon participants started the 5 kilometer walk at 8:30 a.m. sharp. As usual, I had my camera on hand to capture each moment. Photographing the event was a bit difficult this year: this sort of event requires a lot of running around, something I can’t do at the moment as I’ve busted my ankle! I improvised by driving to various spots to photograph the approaching walkers.
The weather was gorgeous; it was a perfect morning for such an event. What made it extra special was the additional company of friends, family members, children, and even some pets.

Doggie Rescue

I got a call last week from Leanne Daradics a who has a Golden Retriever rescue just outside of Regina. She got a call from New Hope Dog Rescue about a Golden that needed to be picked up to be brought to here shelter. Leanne couldn't pick the golden up right away so then as it turns out I got to pick the golden up. For only the few hours I had her I was getting attached! Her name is Dolce and 10 months old. The coolest thing about Dolce was she had a Mohawk! It was like a cow lick on the top of her head and it stuck up. Funny!!! I also introduced her to some of the neighbour kids and she lite up. One of the little girls squeezed her little black nose with her little hand and Dolce went back for more squeezing and loving.
Unfortunately I had to take her to Leanne because she had to be spayed and Leanne has the right facility and training skill to take care of cute little Dolce. Hope she finds a good loving home!

Love our Pets

We all love our pets!!! These are two of three of my dogs (Gin and Rio). I'm going to do a special shoot with Stella because she is so pretty! These little dudes bring me so much joy! They make me laugh all the time. And all they want in return is a place to sleep, some food, a walk and a little love!
Watch also for my two cats Tim and Lola.

A Little Sauce!!!

In two weeks I am holding a little event called "A Little Sauce"which I am totally pumped about!
Its involves a bunch of girls getting all dolled up and getting saucy images taken of them!! I love the energy in the room when I do these kind of shoots it is just fun!!! And I like making the girls feel pretty and saucy! Unfortunately all time slots are full for this event but watch for up coming
"A Little Sauce" events. I'm so excited about this!!!! FUN!!!!!

Cory and Cheryl's wedding in Mexico February. What a great time we had and a good group of people to travel with. The wedding was just absolutely beautiful and the bride and groom were in there element. Clearly you could see the love between these two and it shone even more with loving friends and family celebrating there wedding day. It was truly a honor to be able to travel and take photos for Cory and Cheryl.

I have been doing Lindsey hair now for a few years and I was honored to be able to take some of there wedding reception photo's. They previously got married in Jamaica and had there reception in Saskatoon. They are so much fun!! They are going to have a great life together!
